We as a consciousness organisation promote and utilise Recycled or Reclaimed timber and flooring from demolition sites ie old houses and factories. This timber is a product that has aged well and is extremely stable. When you use recycled timber not only are you helping the environment but there is often a story behind the product. For instance we have timber that has been salvaged from churches, halls, houses and factories. Some of our timer dates back 110 years.
What we promote is to help salvage and reuse a sustainable product. Even if you’re not into sustainable products we offer a product that is priced extremely well and often at half the price of new timber. It is used as sub floors in all houses in Perth built up to 1970. Recycled jarrah is from old growth forest, in which the colours darken and mature the older the tree. As opposed to new jarrah that is lighter and doesn’t contain the depth of different colour old jarrah does.
We are able to offer value for money as we are linked with numerous demolition companies, timber mills, machining shops and of course we will lay, sand and varnish the timber. So in other words when you deal with us, we can provide an excellent service from start to finish.
Our recycled Jarrah flooring is being used by builders across Perth to help achieve “Six star green building ratings”.
Our most popular line of flooring is our recycled and re machined Jarrah floorboards, made from denailed recycled structural Jarrah. They are rich in colour, and contain dark Jarrah boards, contain old nail holes from there previous life, and are perfect for when a floor with a little extra character is desired.
